What SYNAC FLOW does

SYNAC FLOW is a workflow designer that your organisation installs on its own server. People draw workflows from steps, run them, and see what every step did.
Design
Build a workflow from steps such as conditions, AI actions, approvals, email and posts. Every connection between two steps labels itself.
Run
Press Run and watch each step as it happens. Every run is recorded, so you can look back at what each step did.
Your own installation
SYNAC FLOW runs with Docker on your server. Your workflows, your people and your connected accounts stay there.

Connect your accounts

Sign in to a service once. Your workflows can then read and send email, post, and create issues or designs as you. SYNAC FLOW asks only for the permissions its steps need.

How your data is handled

  • You connect an account through the SYNAC FLOW connect service at connect.synacflow.com. It passes the sign-in on to your installation and stores nothing.
  • Your installation keeps the access encrypted and uses it only for the workflow steps you set up and run. We have no access to your installation.
  • SYNAC FLOW does not sell data from your accounts, does not use it for advertising and does not use it to train AI models.
  • You can disconnect at any time: delete the connection in SYNAC FLOW and remove the access at the provider.
SYNAC FLOW's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Read the privacy policy
