SYNAC FLOW

Documentation

The short version of how SYNAC FLOW works. The full guides come with the download.
Install
  • SYNAC FLOW runs with Docker Compose on your computer or server.
  • Outside your own computer it needs an https address, because signing in only works over https.
The first account
  • Open SYNAC FLOW and press Create an account. The first account is the administrator.
  • Colleagues create their own accounts, and you approve them under Approvals.
Signing in
  • Every sign-in needs your password and a six-digit code sent to your email.
  • Add an authenticator app under Settings → Security for one more factor.
Your first workflow
  • Under Workflows, press Add Workflow, drag Start from the palette, add steps and connect them.
  • Press Run. The monitor shows each step as it happens.
  • Every connection labels itself, for example Yes and No after a condition. Click a label to change it.
Connecting an AI
  • An AI Action works with an API key from Claude, OpenAI, Gemini or Mistral, or with your Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini plan.
  • Save the key or the plan under Workflows → Credentials, then pick it on the step.
Connecting accounts
  • Under Workflows → Credentials, press Connect an account and sign in to Gmail, YouTube, Facebook Pages, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Jira, Canva or TikTok.
  • Nothing has to be set up first: the SYNAC FLOW connect service carries the sign-in.
  • A super admin can use the company's own app instead, under Settings → Connected apps.
Disconnecting
  • Delete the connection under Workflows → Credentials.
  • Also remove the access at the provider, for Google at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
